Dragon Tiger is often called the "Baccarat of Asia" in the world of card games. Originally from Cambodia, it has grown hugely popular worldwide — especially across South and Southeast Asia. In Bangladesh's online casino scene, cmg77's live Dragon Tiger tables consistently attract the most active players.
The biggest reason for this game's popularity is its simplicity. There are no complex rules to memorize like in Baccarat or Poker — the dealer places one card on the Dragon position and one on the Tiger position, and whichever card ranks higher wins. That's all there is to it. On cmg77, the experience is even more engaging because the live dealers walk you through every step with full transparency.
Dragon Tiger uses a standard card deck. Ace (A) is the lowest value and King (K) is the highest. Suits (hearts, spades, diamonds, clubs) have no effect — only the card's numeric value matters. Cards from 2 to K are valued 2 through 13, and Ace is valued at 1. If Dragon and Tiger are dealt cards of equal value, the result is a Tie.
A standard 52-card deck is used. cmg77 tables typically use a shoe of 6 to 8 decks, keeping every deal completely random. The decks are shuffled regularly and the entire process is shown clearly on the live camera, so players have no reason to doubt the fairness of the game.
Cmg77 offers a variety of Dragon Tiger tables, not just one. Classic Table— minimum bet ৳50, maximum bet ৳50,000. High-limit tableBet limits range from a minimum of ৳2,000 up to a maximum of ৳5,00,000. Speed TableRounds move faster here — you get just 15 seconds of betting time per deal.
Also VIP Private Table available exclusively to cmg77 Gold and Diamond members. This table comes with a dedicated dealer and individually configurable bet limits.
Many players wonder whether to go with Dragon Tiger or baccarat. Both are card comparison games, but there are key differences.
Both games are available on cmg77. For newcomers, starting with Dragon Tiger is a great way to ease into the Live Casino experience.
The most common mistake in Dragon Tiger is over-betting on Tie. The 8:1 payout looks tempting, but the actual probability of a Tie is only 7.7%, with a house edge of around 32.7%. Over the long run, consistently betting on Tie leads to significantly higher average losses. The house edge on Dragon or Tiger bets is just 3.73%, which is far more favorable.
A good rule of thumb on cmg77 is to avoid betting on both Dragon and Tiger at the same time — when you do, one win cancels out the other loss, leaving your net gain at zero. Always pick one side and stick with it.
